How much is the shipping charge?
We have introduced different fees for book (CD, DVD, greeting card) orders and orders containing toys or games. As of July 4, 2008, we charge $3.95 per order and $0.50 per item for standard delivery anywhere in the USA for orders including books, CDs, DVDs and greeting cards. If your order includes at least one toy, ABC game or set of flash cards, we have to charge higher fees: $4.95 per order and $0.90 per item. You can choose Priority Mail delivery (which usually takes 2 to 3 business days) and pay $5.95 per order and $0.90 per item.
These fees are for delivery via the US Postal Service.
Starting May 14, 2007, all international orders are shipped by air mail only (the US Postal Service discontinued deliveries by sea). Since the US Postal Service is raising international shipping rates, we had to do so, too. The charge from now on for Canadian orders is $9.95 per order (and 50 cents per item). To ship an order anywhere in Europe, Latin America, Australia or Japan, please contact us for a shipping quote. The estimated delivery time for air mail is 8 to 16 business days. Customs clearance sometimes adds a few more days.

We will be happy to ship your order anywhere in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South America and Japan.
What carrier do you use?
We mainly use the US Postal Service to deliver your orders in the USA. International orders are sent by air mail and Priority Mail via the US Postal Service and delivered by local postal authorities in the destination country.
How quickly will you ship my order?
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Most of orders are shipped within 12 to 24 hours. This rule applies to our products that are in stock (99 percent of the products featured in our web store are ready to be shipped immediately). However, if the availability status for some of the products you are ordering is shown as "ships within 4 or 5 days", we may have to wait until this item arrives from our suppliers and then ship your order in full.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Once we ship your order, it usually takes anywhere from 4 to 9 business days for it to arrive in the USA, depending on your location. You have an option of requesting an expedited delivery: we mainly use the USPS Priority Mail to deliver your orders within 2 to 3 business days. If you need it sooner than that, please contact us, and we will discuss the possibility of the next day delivery.
We recommend Priority Mail for Alaska, which takes 2 to 4 business days. Canadian orders are mailed by air and usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. As for other international orders, they might take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. Customs clearance sometimes adds a few more days.
Can you ship my order as a gift?
Absolutely! We will be happy to do so. Just type your gift recipient's address in the shipping address field when placing an order online. Also, you can add a card with your greetings - just choose one of our greeting cards. You are welcome to write a message in the "comments" field (when adding the card to your shopping cart) which we will print on the card on your behalf.
Will I be reimbursed if I ship my product back?
Yes, you will receive a refund if you return a product you are not happy with. However, the shipping charges won't be refunded. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging and be in saleable condition. We are not able to accept DVDs, CDs, ABC blocks and similar products, which were sold factory-sealed, after they were opened - unless they turned out to be defective. You will pay the shipping costs when you are returning an item or items. However, you will receive a reimbursement if the product is defective.
