This book will help your Russian child learn and practice the most common words and phrases in English language related to home. It's called "Moya kvartira" (or "My Flat"). It could have been named "My Home", "My House" or 'My Apartment" .
Each English word and sentence in the book is translated into the Russian language, and pronunciation is shown in Russian transliteration, too. The book starts with counting how many rooms are in the apartment and learning how to call them (bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc). This is followed by naming pieces of furniture and other objects in each room. A young reader then proceeds to basic questions about whether that or this room is large or small, and where are some things located (above, under, near, etc)
