This is a nicely illustrated in color book that comes with an audio CD. Both the book and the CD present five old Russian folk tales that have been popular with little children in Russia for decades.
These tales are: "Kurochka Ryaba" (Speckled Hen), "Kolobok" (The Rolling Roll), "Repka" (The Turnip), "Teremok" (The Wooden Hut) and "Tri Medvedya" (The Three Bears).
The small-format book is 46-page long. The tales are read on the CD by actor Mikhail Chernyak.
